1.1 These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your viewing and use of this website www.EnvirotechInvestor.com (the “Website”) which is owned and operated by New Energy World Network Limited (“NewNet”). For the purposes of these Terms “we”, “our” and “us” refers to NewNet and “you” refers to the user of the Website.

1.3 NEWNET makes this Website available to you to provide an electronic version of some elements of the content of Envirotech & Clean Energy Investor journal (the “Journal”) and to provide information about the Journal and how to subscribe to the Journal.
1.4 If and to the extent that you supply any personal data to us, such personal data shall be handled by us in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
1.5 These Terms only apply to your viewing of this Website. If you use any links on this Website to visit any other websites, then please note that your viewing of these websites and any purchases made through them will be subject to separate terms and conditions.

5.2 All trade marks, database rights and other intellectual property rights (together “the Rights”) in all other materials on this Website (as well as the organisation and layout of this Website) and the Rights in any software or underlying software code that is made available for download from the Website ("Software") are owned by NEWNET or its licensors. Except as stated in Paragraph 5.3 below, without our prior written permission, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, alter, publish, broadcast, distribute, display, post, sell, transfer or transmit in any form or by any means any material on this Website or Software whether in whole or in part.
5.3 You may make private and personal non-commercial use of the Content and in this respect you may access and view the Content on-screen and you may print out a single copy of very limited portions of the Content on an occasional and irregular basis. You may also make an electronically stored, transient copy of the content of this Website for the purpose of viewing it while connected to the Internet only.

5.6 By uploading material, posting comments, or providing other content to the Site ("User Content"), you grant NewNet (which includes its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, joint venture partners, and licensees) the following rights: a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to display, distribute, reproduce, and create derivatives of the User Content, in whole or in part, without further review or participation from you, in any medium now existing or subsequently developed, in editorial, commercial, promotional, and trade uses in connection with NewNet products.
5.7 NewNet may license or sublicense, in whole or in part, to third parties rights in User Content as appropriate to distribute, market, or promote such NewNet Products. A NewNet Product is defined as "a product of NewNet, a subsidiary, affiliate, joint venture partner, or licensee of NewNet, in any language, over which NewNet has "Editorial Control." For the purposes of these Terms, "Editorial Control" means the right to review, consult regarding, formulate standards for, or to exercise a veto over the appearance, text, use, or promotion of the NewNet Product. You also agree that NewNet may make User Content available to users of the Site who may display and redistribute it in the same way that NewNet makes all other Content available.
6. LOG-INS
6.1 If we provide you with a log-in facility, you acknowledge that you are responsible for keeping that information secure and for not sharing it with any other person. You further acknowledge that if you cease to be employed by the organization which is the subscriber to the Journal or any on-line service offered by NEWNET, that you will immediately cease use of the log-in allocated to you.
7. SUBSCRIPTIONS
7.1 Users may apply to purchase annual subscriptions (“Subscriptions”) to the Journal via this Site (“Subscribers”).
7.2 You agree to pay any fees, charges or subscriptions at the rate in effect when these charges are incurred.
7.3 You may pay by credit or charge card. By submitting credit or charge card payments you warrant that you are entitled to purchase the product or subscription from NewNet using those payment details. In the case of unauthorized payments NewNet reserves the right to suspend or terminate your use of the product or service supplied. If NewNet does not receive authorization or any authorization is subsequently cancelled NewNet may immediately terminate or suspend your Subscription.
7.2 NewNet will provide a full refund to any Subscribers who would like to cancel their Subscriptions for any reason within 30 days of submitting a request for a Subscription. Cancellations should be made in writing and addressed to the Subscriptions Dept, Envirotech & Clean Energy Investor, New Energy World Network Limited, Burleigh House, 357 Strand, London WC2R 0HS, United Kingdom.
7.3 NewNet will endeavour to provide Subscribers with at least 10 issues per year, to be published and delivered at approximately monthly intervals. NewNet reserves the right to produce more or fewer issues within any calendar year and to produce any number of supplements. Any variation in the number of journals or supplements published or delivered does not entitle Subscribers to a full or partial refund in any circumstances.
8. AMENDMENTS TO THESE TERMS
8.1 We reserve the right, at our discretion, to make improvements or changes to any part of the Website, including to these Terms. We therefore recommend that you re-visit this page from time to time, as the Terms may change. The date of each issue of the Terms is set out at the end.
9. GENERAL
9.1 These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England.
9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law in the applicable jurisdiction, you and we hereby submit to the irrevocable jurisdiction of the courts of England for the resolution of any disputes related to the use of the Website.
9.3 The rights granted under these Terms are personal and may not be assigned by you.
